Wellness Classes
WellTrek offers a series of wellness classes at your site(s) for audiences of all sizes. On-site classes, often called "Lunch and Learn" classes, are a effective way for a company to provide important health education to its employees in an engaging and cost-effective manner.
An electronic copy (PDF) of class handouts is provided free for you to copy, or we will provide copies of class handouts for a modest fee (to be determined by number of participants).
Programs are generally 1 hour unless otherwise indicated. Fees: $285.00 per one hour on-site class (within WellTrek service area), pro-rated for longer classes or multi-session classes. Other fees may apply for classes provided outside the WellTrek service area, contact us for more information.
